The story of a photographer
I grew up in Nelspruit in a big, slightly chaotic family with six sisters — so it’s safe to say I learned early how to find calm (and humour) in the chaos! That’s also where my love for capturing people began — photographing faces, places, and all the small moments in between.
After high school, I moved to Stellenbosch to study at the Stellenbosch Academy of Design and Photography, earning my BA in Applied Design with a major in Photography. A few years later, Cape Town stole my heart — and that’s where I found my groove documenting weddings and love stories full of energy, emotion, and fun.
These days I live in Kenilworth with my love and our fur baby. When I’m not behind the camera (or editing), you’ll probably find me outside — spending quality time, exploring, or sharing a bottle of wine with friends and family.
